NOTICE OF DISPLAY OF PLANS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR
PY 2025-2029 FAIR HOUSING PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sharon, Mercer County, Pennsylvania has prepared its 2025-2029 Fair Housing Plan. In accordance with the regulations and requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), this plan will be on public display for a period of not less than thirty (30) days, beginning March 14, 2025, at www.cityofsharon.net and at the following locations:

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 9 at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Sharon Municipal Building. The purpose of the public hearing is to present the Five-Year 2025-2029 Fair Housing Plan.
The Sharon Municipal Building and the City Council Chambers are accessible to persons with physical disabilities. If special arrangements need to be made to accommodate residents in order for them to participate in the public hearing, please call Ms. Suzanne Kepple, CDBG Program Manager, Community Development Department, City of Sharon, PA 16146, (724) 983-3231, to make those arrangements. Any person requiring an interpreter for the hearing impaired or the visually impaired should contact Ms. Kepple at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and an interpreter will be provided. In addition, hearing-impaired persons may call Pennsylvania Relay at 7-1-1. Any non-English speaking person wishing to attend the public hearing should contact Ms. Kepple at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and, if needed, a language interpreter will be provided.
Cualquier persona que no hable inglés y desee asistir a la audiencia pública deberá comunicarse con la Sra. Kepple al menos 72 horas antes de la reunión y, si es necesario, se proporcionará un intérprete de idioma.

All interested persons, groups, and organizations are encouraged to attend public hearing will be given the opportunity to present oral or written testimony concerning the proposed plans and use of Federal funds.
